Terms and conditions for 5 Class Pass

You have purchased a FIT4MOM Santa Monica 5 Class Pass which can be used for any (5) FIT4MOM Santa Monica fitness classes (In-person or Online) on our regular schedule. Specialty programs such as Run Club and Body Well are NOT included with this pass.
Your credit card will be charged by Vigor Fitness & Wellness, the company that owns Fit4Mom Santa Monica.
This pass is Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unused classes expire after 2 months.
