Pop Up Class At Veronica Beard

Come check out what FIT4MOM is all about! We're combining the classic Stroller Strides with our popular Stroller Barre for a best hits class that will keep you moving and keep your little one grooving. No baby? No problem! This class is great for any stage of pregnancy or postpartum, and a stroller is not required.

If you are bringing a little one with you, we do need them to remain in their stroller for the duration of class. Snacks and toys always help, and we'll help out too with bubbles, songs, and plenty of action to keep them entertained.

Class will meet at the Veronica Beard store in Palisades Village, where you can drop off your yoga mat. The first 30 minutes of class will be outdoors in the Village, and the second half of class will be inside the VB store. After class is over, Veronica Beard will be providing refreshments and a special shopping event - all participants will receive a tote bag and $50 shop credit!
